Feeling fuelled after your super killer circuit but still craving something sweet? or at that stage now where food is at your top of your priority list but you know your going for date night later which you will 99% be having desert and need a pre snack to keep you going without the bloat taking over? Here’s where the goodness lies in this tiny fruit we love to take pictures of and make awesome t-shirts with. The banana and right now it’s best friend, Peanut Butter.
All you need is:
- 2 bananas
- Peanut butter (preferably organic if you can, for less salt) Cchia seeds
How to make:
Slice one banana in half from the top going down.
Slap on that peanut butter, as much as you fancy
Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top of the peanut butter, not to much though.
Place the other side of the banana on top and chop into slices
Then dip both ends of the banana into the chia and your DONE!
This snack is completely vegan and organic (if your buy organic) It’s great for everyone, backpackers, couples, gym junkies, babies and more. Not only is it a snack that fills you up but also gives your body a great dose of fibre, potassium and proteins with out the added sugar.
