The best memories Australia gave me

CAN YOU BELIEVE IM GOING TO NEW ZEALAND………. Well in two weeks.

Although I am far too excited as you can imagine for a totally new adventure I must say how much I am going to miss Australia. It has transformed me into this totally new person who has done so many incredible things that will stay with me forever, but it has also shown me a more difficult side to life which you only really experience when you travel, no university can compare to travelling.

A part of me I fell in love with was the free spirited part, the part that wants to wake up every morning and just go.I want to feel the wind in my hair on road trips and the fish beneath my feet under the ocean. I’ve met some beautiful people inside and out that constantly show me a better understanding of the world we live in and most importantly FOOD. TURNING VEGO HAS TRANSFORMED ME .Not in a crazy I can’t even look at chickens kind of way but the kind that I feel more socially aware of the issues we are facing in this growing economy. Plus vegitarian food here is off the charts so I think becoming one in any country I choose well with Australia.

However with the pros there are always cons, first being money. Earning money here is a lot easier due to the fact they pay higher than most. However when your down to your last dime and no one wants to hire a traveller you only have two options, crap cafe job thats undermining and shit wage or get your parents to fly you home? Auguring with your partner about everything and anything because your together 24/7 (I still love you luke) and finally the home sickness you get when you arrive in a new town that has no cool people of your sort and you have to make due with being a loner for a while. It all comes with its ups and downs but you have to remember how blessed you are for making those mistakes and taking those chances which I am 100%.

Australia I LOVE YOU 💘
